SPARE PARTS ORDERING |
1. Parts request form.
Please request spare parts request form (V.1.2.9) from us. Complete the form and
fax to us with your signature. It is used
to import directly to system for speeding up the process.

2. P/I, ETD and payment
Once we have receive your request form, we will send a P/I to you
for confirmation and inform you of the
lead-time. We will also inform you of the payment
amount or if there will be sufficient service credit
to cover the costs. |
3. Preferred shipment method and ship to
location.
We will need to request for your choice of shipment
method and complete "billing and shipping" address. |

The default ETD(estimated time of delivery) will be
approximate 6-8 weeks upon receiving payment.
The amount of time for delivery will also depend on
the size of the order and availability of the parts.
If there are circumstances where there are
industry-wide shortages, we will inform you. |

Customers will have the option to request for
multiple shipments of an order. This option is open
because of instances where parts are delay due to
shortages, customers can receive some parts
beforehand. |

Items that
are deemed EOL (end of life) will no longer be sold. Customers
will have an option to send their defective items in for repair through
our RMA department. |
|
Service credit (based on 1% of bare bone sales on
purchase invoice) are updated monthly on the second
Monday of each month, service credit usage is
useable upon the most current P/I. If service
credit is exhausted then a monetary sum must be paid
in order to clear the balance. Outstanding
balances may not be carried over to the next service
credit update. |
